My name is Ashley and I’m really upset right now because they have canceled my appointment multiple times and then they told me how my appointment was gonna be July 17 and then apparently they made an appointment for me on July 1 without even letting me know I came back from my son‘s shots and seen I had a missed call called him right away and I explained to them that I need benefits that my card has not been working for two weeks that I have receipt showing that the transaction was denied and it was saying I had no benefits, even though my phone said I had benefits then this month I have no more benefits and I asked him to please reissue it and fix the issue they’re not even willing to help me. I was promised I would get a phone call by the manager for the last two hours however no one called then I spoke to this lady. I don’t know her name, but I know exactly who she is cause I’ve had a problem with her multiple times as she never helps. Well apparently she went up to the manager in the manager says it’s time for her to clock out now so she’ll call me tomorrow and when again what she said she would do so now my baby has been crying is hungry and I don’t have the funds right now t

Was the worst service and most incompetent doctors I’ve ever had just complete lack of caring and lack of knowledge of psych meds, and PCP meds. I had to find out what was wrong with me and diagnosed myself through Google AI because I cannot get anybody to call me. All they kept saying was make an appointment. In a message? And I usually don’t complain, but this was pretty pretty bad!!! I missed my nephew‘s wedding. I was sick for a month was stereotype as a druggie at our first meeting, and when I came off my psych meds, she didn’t take me off some medication that I should not be on if I’m off my meds those are problems you might wanna fix them. .

I am so frustrated with our healthcare system but I am also so very thankful for a doctor like Dr. Mabel Yew. There are some doctors out there that do care and I firmly believe she does. Thank you Doc.♥️

The interior of the building could use some updating however the medical care I received was well about par from my experience. While Dr. Greene still has to work within the parameters of the medical industry, she does so with care and compassion. From my experiences with her I feel like she genuinely cares about her patients. She gladly takes the time to listen to and address my concerns at the appointments. Furthermore, she consistently responds to mychart messages in a timely manner. I think she is doing an exceptional job and honestly, she helping to restore my faith in the medical industry. I briefly spoke to John at front desk about a complicated and confusing insurance dilemma. John effortlessly provided guidance in a way that I could understand. Both blood draws I have received at this establishment thus far were done by two seperate phlebotomists. Both were very professional and virtually painless, as well as preformed in a timely manner. These women know what they are doing. I have nothing negative to say about this place. Keep up the good job guys. Im grateful for your help.

Dr. Johnson's nurse, Ms. Judy, has been incredibly helpful to me today, and this is certainly not the first time. She has assisted me in numerous ways in the past, but today she has truly gone above and beyond. She was able to arrange for a very important doctor's appointment to be rescheduled and moved up by several months. She selflessly dedicated her time to ensure that I was well taken care of and provided with everything I needed for my job. I will forever remember the impact she has made on me. With Dr. Johnson and her, one simply cannot go wrong. They are undoubtedly the best team in the building. May God bless them both and the work they do each day.
